超声骨刀结合高速涡轮钻拔除下颌低位阻生智齿对患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声骨刀结合高速涡轮钻在下颌低位阻生智齿拔除患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月浙江省人民医院毕节医院收治的352例行下颌低位阻生智齿拔除的患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各176例。对照组给予高速涡轮钻,观察组加用超声骨刀。对比两组手术相关指标、疼痛、肿胀程度、并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);术后24、48 h,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肿胀程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为3.41%,低于对照组的9.66%(P<0.05)。结论:超声骨刀结合高速涡轮钻可加快下颌低位阻生智齿拔除术进程,减轻术后疼痛及肿胀,且并发症发生率低。Objective:To investigate the effect of piezosurgery combined with high-speed turbine drill in the extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth in patients.Method:A total of 352 patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth extraction admitted to Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital Bijie Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 176 cases in each group.The control group was given high-speed turbine drill,and the observation group was added with piezosurgery.The surgical indexes,pain,swelling,inflammation,incidence of complications in the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of control group(P<0.05).At 24 and 48 h after operation,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and swelling degree scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.41%,which was lower than the 9.66%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Piezosurgery combined with high-speed turbine drill can accelerate the process of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth extraction,alleviate postoperative pain and swelling,and have low incidence of complications.
