氯氮平和阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症效果及安全性对比

摘　　要：目的:比较氯氮平与阿立哌唑对精神分裂症的治疗效果和对不良反应发生率的影响。方法:选取萍乡市第二人民医院2021年4月—2024年4月收治的108例精神分裂症患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为氯氮平组和阿立哌唑组,各54例。氯氮平组给予氯氮平治疗,阿立哌唑组给予阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)总分及糖脂代谢指标;记录并比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,阿立哌唑组PANSS总分低于氯氮平组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);阿立哌唑组不良反应发生率低于氯氮平组(P<0.05);阿立哌唑组治疗后空腹血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)均低于氯氮平组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与氯氮平相比,阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症效果较好,对糖脂代谢指标影响较小,安全性高。Objective:To compare the effect of Clozapine and Aripiprazole on the treatment of schizophrenia and the incidence of adverse reactions.Method:A total of 108 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Pingxiang City from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected and divided into Clozapine group and Aripiprazole group according to random number table method,with 54 patients in each group.Clozapine group was treated with Clozapine and Aripiprazole group was treated with Aripiprazole.The total score of positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)and glucose and lipid metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded and compared.Result:After treatment,the total score of PANSS in Aripiprazole group was lower than that in Clozapine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in Aripiprazole group was lower than that in Clozapine group(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)in Aripiprazole group were lower than those in Clozapine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Clozapine,Aripiprazole is more effective in the treatment of schizophrenia,has less effect on glucose and lipid metabolism indexes,and has high safety.
