摘 要:在胚胎发育过程中,需要经过多种信号转导通路的调节,其过程至关重要,任何一条通路的异常表达,都有可能导致胚胎发育不良或产生相应疾病等不良结局。Wnt信号转导通路对整个人体生长发育过程和维持人体内稳态起着关键的作用,具有高度的保守性。对于Wnt信号转导通路在人胎盘发育过程中的作用,基于方法、技术和伦理等方面的限制,目前还不是很清楚。本文将综述胚胎发育过程中Wnt信号转导通路的作用,期望了解Wnt信号转导通路在胎盘发育过程中的分子机制,希望可以为相关妊娠疾病的治疗提供新的理论及研究基础。Embryonic development is regulated by a variety of signal transduction pathways and its process is very important.The abnormal expression of any signal pathway may lead to adverse consequences,such as dysontogenesis or corresponding diseases.Wnt signal transduction pathway plays a key role in the whole process of human growth and development and the maintenance of homeostasis in human body,which is highly conserved.Due to methodological,technical and ethical limitations,the understanding of the involvement of Wnt signaling pathways in the development of human placental remains limited.In this paper,this text will review the role of Wnt signal transduction pathway in embryonic development,hoping to understand the molecular mechanism of Wnt signal pathway in embryonic development and provide a new theoretical and research basis for the diagnosis and treatment of related pregnancy diseases.
