摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染是慢性胃炎、胃溃疡和胃癌的重要病因,常用治疗方法包括三联疗法和四联疗法,但耐药性问题日益严重。中医药在抑制Hp生长方面展现显著优势,通过调节体内环境和增强免疫力,有效提高了根除率。中药单体成分吡嗪类化合物、甘草次酸和黄芪甲苷等通过多种机制抑制Hp,且中西医结合疗法效果显著。Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection is an important cause of chronic gastritis,gastric ulcer and gastric cancer.Commonly used treatments include triple therapy and quadruple therapy,but drug resistance is an increasingly serious problem.Traditional Chinese medicine has shown significant advantages in inhibiting the growth of Hp,effectively improving the eradication rate by regulating the internal environment and enhancing immunity.The monomer components of traditional Chinese medicine,pyrazine compounds,glycyrrhetinic acid,and astragaloside IV,inhibit H through various mechanisms,and the combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a significant effect.
