摘　　要：线性泛素链组装复合体(LUBAC)是目前唯一已知能够催化线性泛素链形成的E3泛素连接酶复合体,由HOIP、HOIL-1和SHARPIN三个亚基组成。LUBAC及其亚基以线性泛素化依赖或非依赖的调控机制在肿瘤的发生、发展和药物敏感性中发挥了重要的作用。本综述将重点总结和探讨LUBAC及其亚基在肿瘤学领域中的关键功能与作用机制。The linear ubiquitin chain assembly complex(LUBAC)is the sole E3 ubiquitin ligase complex known to catalyze the formation of linear ubiquitin chains,and is mainly composed of three subunits,HOIP,HOIL-1 and SHARPIN.LUBAC and its subunits play important regulatory roles in development,progression and drug sensitivity of tumors in both linear ubiquitination-dependent and independent mechanisms.This review summarizes and discusses the key functions and mechanisms of LUBAC and its subunits in the field of oncology.
