超声引导下真空辅助旋切术与传统环乳晕切口切除在乳腺良性肿瘤中的近远期疗效对比

摘　　要：目的研究乳腺良性肿瘤采用超声引导下真空辅助旋切术、传统环乳晕切口切除术对患者的影响。方法选取泉州市第一医院2022年10月至2023年10月140例乳腺良性肿瘤患者,根据患者采取手术方案不同进行分组,每组70例,设传统环乳晕切口切除术为对照组,设超声引导下真空辅助旋切术为观察组,比较临床疗效、并发症、生活质量。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺良性肿瘤手术方案选择超声引导下真空辅助旋切术不仅能够充分去除肿瘤组织且瘢痕遗留问题与术后并发症更少,可保障术后生活质量提高。Objective To investigate the effects of ultrasound-guided vacuum assisted rotational resection and traditional areola incision resection on patients with benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 140 patients with breast benign tumor in Quanzhou First Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were divided into two groups according to the different surgical schemes adopted by the patients,70 cases in each group.Traditional areola incision was set as the control group,and ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted rotary excision was set as the observation group.The clinical efficacy,complications and quality of life were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Choosing ultrasoundguided vacuum assisted rotational resection as the surgical option for benign breast tumors can not only fully remove tumor tissue but also reduce scar residue and postoperative complications,ensuring improved postoperative quality of life.
