牙龈和牙槽嵴修整手术应用在牙齿修复中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究牙龈和牙槽嵴修整手术应用在牙齿修复中的临床效果。方法选择2023年11月至2024年11月到日照口腔医院治疗牙齿修复患者共72例,手术术式选择符合患者病情与患者及家属意愿,以手术方法不同分为研究组(n=36,牙龈和牙槽嵴修整手术)、对照组(n=36,常规牙齿修复手术),分析治疗效果。结果研究组疗效(97.22%)高于对照组(77.78%),P<0.05;治疗后,研究组吞咽、咀嚼、语言评分高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后,研究组近中龈乳头、远中龈乳头、边缘龈水平、软组织形态、软组织颜色、软组织质地、牙槽嵴缺损评分高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论运用牙龈和牙槽嵴修整手术对牙齿修复患者治疗,可改善患者牙齿功能、美学效果,提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To study the clinical effect of gingival and alveolar ridge repair surgery in tooth restoration.Methods A total of 72 patients who underwent dental restoration at Rizhao Stomatological Hospital from November 2023 to November 2024 were selected.The surgical procedures were chosen according to the patient’s condition and the wishes of the patient and their family.They were divided into a study group(n=36,gum and alveolar ridge repair surgery)and a control group(n=36,conventional dental restoration surgery)based on different surgical methods,and the treatment effect was analyzed.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was(97.22%)higher than that of the control group(77.78%),P<0.05.After treatment,the swallowing,chewing,and language scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the study group had higher scores for near middle gingival papilla,far middle gingival papilla,marginal gingival level,soft tissue morphology,soft tissue color,soft tissue texture,and alveolar ridge defect than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusions The use of gingival and alveolar ridge repair surgery can improve dental function,aesthetic effects,enhance treatment outcomes,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients undergoing dental restoration.
