摘　　要：目的探讨与分析以家庭为中心的协同护理模式在小儿脑瘫照顾者家庭负担方面的应用效果。方法选取本院2021年7月至2022年7月收治的70例脑瘫患儿的照顾者,用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35名。对照组接受常规护理模式,观察组实施家庭为中心的协同护理模式。用家庭负担量表和满意度调查表对两组照顾者在干预前后进行评估。结果干预前两组对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),经6个月的干预,观察组的照顾者疾病家庭负担评分均低于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的协同护理模式有利于减轻小儿脑瘫照顾者家庭负荷,有效提高照顾者照护能力。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of family-centered collaborative care model on the family burden of caregivers of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Seventy caregivers of children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 35 in each group.The control group received conventional care mode,while the observation group implemented the family-centered collaborative care model.The family burden scale and satisfaction survey were used to evaluate the two groups of caregivers before and after the intervention.Results There was no statistical significance between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the family burden score of the caregivers in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The family-centered collaborative care model is beneficial to reduce the family burden of caregivers of children with cerebral palsy and effectively improve the caregivers’care ability.
