摘　　要：目的探究Peto疗法在小儿脑瘫康复护理干预中的护理效果。方法选择福建省漳州市医院2022年1月31日至2023年2月10日期间的89例小儿脑瘫患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组(n=44)行常规康复治疗,观察组(n=45)在此基础上行Peto疗法康复护理干预,对比两组患儿的社会适应能力、运动能力、语言功能、认知能力及患儿家属满意度。结果观察组患儿社会适应能力、运动能力、语言功能、认知能力等评分均高于对照组,且观察组患儿家属总满意度也优于对照组(88.89%>70.45%)(P<0.05)。结论在小儿脑瘫康复护理干预中,采用Peto疗法,能调节患儿心理,对其行为、认知和社会适应能力等可产生积极作用,并可提高患儿家属的满意度。Objective To explore the nursing effect of Peto therapy in the nursing intervention of pediatric cerebral palsy rehabilitation.Methods Selected 89 cases of pediatric cerebral palsy patients in Zhangzhou City Hospital of Fujian Province during the period from January 31,2022 to February 10,2023 as the research object,using the random number table method was randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=44)routine rehabilitation treatment,the observation group(n=45)on the basis of the rehabilitation nursing intervention of Peto therapy.To compare the two groups of children's social adaptive ability,motor ability,language function,cognitive ability and the satisfaction of their families.Results The scores of social adaptability,motor ability,language function and cognitive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total satisfaction of the patients’families in the observation group was better than that of the control group(88.89%>70.45%)(P<0.05).Conclusions In the nursing intervention of pediatric cerebral palsy rehabilitation,the use of guided education can regulate the psychology of children,have a positive effect on their behavior,cognition and social adaptability,and improve the satisfaction of patients’families.
