新媒体环境下高职毕业生就业心理问题及应对策略探究

摘　　要：新媒体环境下高职毕业生就业心理方面存在自我认知出现偏差、功利主义倾向加重、抗压心理减弱、躺平心态蔓延等问题,究其原因主要有高职生的就业竞争力不足、社会舆论引导不力、心理健康教育重视程度不够以及就业指导服务实效性不强。针对高职毕业生就业心理出现的问题,高职院校要注重提高学生综合素质与能力,创设正向社会舆论环境,凝聚心理健康教育合力,并完善高校就业指导体系,以此纾解高职生心理困境,助推其实现高质量充分就业。In the new media environment,vocational college graduates face problems in terms of their employment psychology,such as self-awareness deviation,increased utilitarianism tendency,weakened resilience,and the spread of flat mentality.The main reasons for this are the insufficient competitiveness of vocational college students in employment,weak guidance from social public opinion,insufficient emphasis on mental health education,and weak effectiveness of employment guidance services.In response to the problems of employment psychology among vocational college graduates,vocational colleges should focus on improving students'comprehensive quality and abilities,creating a positive social public opinion environment,consolidating the joint force of mental health education,and improving the employment guidance system of universities,in order to alleviate the psychological difficulties of vocational college students and promote their realization of high-quality and full employment.
