样板党支部视域下高校学生党支部培育探索

摘　　要：很多高校在学生党支部培育工作中取得一定的成就,但与样板党支部相比仍有一定差距,存在学生党支部建设制度规划不足、学生党支部协同育人效果不佳、学生党支部品牌影响力较弱、互联网技术的不科学运用弱化党群关系等问题。在实践中,高校学生党支部应以样板党支部为榜样,基于存在的问题探究可行的创新培育策略,如基于样板党支部加强服务标准建设、依托新技术搭建学生党支部全方位四级联动工作平台、基于样板党支部打造“一组一品”、明晰“人机”角色定位维护党群关系,以进一步提高学生党支部的服务水平。Student Party branches in the new era are an important part of grassroots Party building work in universities.Cultivating student Party branches is conducive to fully leveraging the role of grassroots Party building as a fighting fortress.Many colleges and universities have made certain achievements in the cultivation of student Party branches,but there is still a certain gap compared with the model Party branches.There are problems such as insufficient system planning for the construction of student Party branches,poor cooperative education effect of student Party branches,weak brand influence of student Party branches,and unscientific use of Internet technology to weaken the Party masses relationship.In practice,college student Party branches should take model Party branches as examples,explore feasible innovative cultivation strategies based on existing problems,and further improve the service level of student Party branches.
