摘　　要：文章探讨如何在马克思关于人的全面发展理论框架下,推进公安院校思想政治教育的创新与发展,并通过分析公安院校实践育人的内涵特征、公安院校实践育人与思想政治教育创新发展的内在逻辑,提出一系列创新发展的策略,如树立实践育人观念、建设实践育人队伍、构建实践育人机制、搭建实践育人平台,以期为公安高等教育现代化转型提供理论支持和实践指导。From the perspective of the theory of comprehensive development,ideological and political education in public security colleges should adhere to the principle of putting people first,pay attention to the cultivation of students'personalities,innovate educational methods and means,and adapt to the needs of public security work in the new era.The article explores how to promote innovation and development of ideological and political education in public security colleges within the framework of Marx's theory of comprehensive human development.By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of practical education in public security colleges,as well as the internal logic of practical education and innovative development of ideological and political education,a series of innovative development strategies are proposed to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the modernization transformation of public security higher education.
