摘 要:为探寻基础教育空间失配特征,基于生态学健康距离模型、系统聚类等定量方法,从区际和校际两个空间尺度,对商洛市中心城区基础教育设施学校用地、校舍用房与师资配置3个要素的空间失配特征进行评估。结果表明:①商洛市中心城区基础教育设施在区际和校际尺度均呈现“中心—边缘”的圈层式空间失配模式;②中心城区受建设用地紧缺、城中村拆迁难度大等因素影响,师资配置失配指数普遍低于其余两项,学校用地和校舍用房失配的学校集中连片分布;③各乡镇受自然环境、交通要素、人口流失、撤校并点等因素影响,呈现多元失配特征。基于此,剖析了基础教育作用机制,构建了基础教育设施机制和配置协同机制,针对性地提出基础教育空间失配的优化建议。In order to explore the spatial mismatch characteristics of basic education,we evaluated the spatial mismatch characteristics of basic educational facilities school land,school building and teacher allocation in the central urban area of Shangluo City from two spatial scales of inter-district and inter-school based on ecological health distance model and hierarchical clustering.The results show that①the basic educational facilities in central urban area of Shangluo City in inter-district and inter-school scales show a“center-edge”spatial mismatch pattern.②Influenced by factors such as shortage of construction land and difficulty in demolition of villages in the city,the mismatch index of teacher allocation is generally lower than the other two items,and schools with mismatch between school land and school buildings are concentrated and distributed continuously.③Each township presents multiple mismatch characteristics due to factors such as natural environment,traffic factors,population loss,school withdrawal and merger.On the basis of this,we analyzed the basic educational action mechanism,constructed the basic educational facility investment mechanism and the allocation coordination mechanism,and put forward the optimization strategy of basic education spatial mismatch.
