摘  要:针对常规少量叶绿素样本建模精度不高的问题,以武汉市东湖为研究区,基于2024年7月5日现场走航实测数据和同步ZY-1E卫星高光谱数据,结合东湖水体光学特性分析,将具有明显峰谷特征的576 nm、679 nm、705 nm、740 nm、808 nm等波段和相关性较强的波段与波段组合输入BP神经网络模型进行训练,构建适用于武汉市东湖的叶绿素a浓度反演模型。BP神经网络模型的R2达到0.76,RMSE为3.4258μg/L,表明模型能有效反演东湖叶绿素a浓度。分析2024年9月24日的反演结果可知,东湖水域叶绿素a浓度呈东高西低、边缘高中心低的特点,可为后续水质监测与生态评估提供依据。We selected East Lake in Wuhan City as the study area to address the problem of low modeling accuracy with conventional a little chlorophyll samples.Based on in-situ measurements collected during a field survey on July 5,2024,synchronized hyperspectral data of ZY-1E satellite,and the optical characteristic analysis of East Lake,we inputted the bands with obvious peaks and valleys at 576 nm,679 nm,705 nm,740 nm and 808 nm,as well as bands and combinations of bands with strong correlation into the BP neural network model for training,and obtained a chlorophyll-a concentration retrieval model suitable for East Lake.The BP neural network model demonstrated good fitting performance,with R2 of 0.76 and RMSE of 3.4258μg/L,indicating that the model can effectively retrieval chlorophyll-a concentration.The retrieval result on September 24,2024 indicates that the chlorophyll-a concentration shows a pattern of being higher in the east and lower in the west,with higher levels at the edges and lower levels in the center,which can provide an important basis for subsequent water quality monitoring and ecological assessment.
