番薯藤提取物对痤疮丙酸杆菌模型大鼠炎症的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:评估番薯藤提取物对痤疮丙酸杆菌诱导的炎症大鼠模型的抗炎作用。方法:采用液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱法(Liquid Chromatography-Quadrupole Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry,LC-QTOF/MS)分析番薯藤正丁醇提取物的主要成分。在大鼠皮下和腹腔注射痤疮丙酸杆菌悬液建立痤疮模型,在模型大鼠耳郭局部涂抹番薯藤提取物。结果:各组大鼠病灶病理学评分显示,给药10 d后,维A酸乳膏组和番薯藤提取物样品组的炎性浸润评分均显著低于模型对照组(p<0.05);维A酸乳膏组的角化物质评分显著低于模型对照组(p<0.05),番薯藤提取物样品组的角化物质评分也低于模型对照组,但差异无统计学意义(p=0.108)。结论:番薯藤提取物在模型大鼠中显示出较好的抗炎效果。番薯藤提取物可能是一种具有药用潜力的抗痤疮丙酸杆菌药物天然替代品。Objective:To evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of the stems and leaves of Ipomoea batatas extract in rats of Propionibacterium acnes-induced inflammation model.Methods:The main components of n-butanol extract from the stems and leaves of Ipomoea batatas extract are analyzed by liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-offlight mass spectrometry(LC-QTOF/MS).The acne model is established by subcutaneous and intraperitoneal injection of Propionibacterium acnes suspension in rats,and the stems and leaves of Ipomoea batatas extract is applied topically to the model rat auricolia.Results:The pathological scores of rat lesions in each group show that after 10 days of administration,the inflammatory infiltration scores of the retinoin cream group and the stems and leaves of Ipomoea batatas extract sample group are significantly lower than those of the model control group(p<0.05),the keratinizing content score of the retinoid cream group is significantly lower than that of the model control group(p<0.05),and the keratinizing substance score of the sample group is also lower than that of the model control group,but the difference is not statistically significant(p=0.108).Conclusion:The stems and leaves of Ipomoea batatas extract shows good anti-inflammatory effect in model rats,which may be a potential natural alternative to anti-Propionibacterium acnes medications.
