摘 要:“双一流”建设背景下,结合北京航空航天大学材料科学与工程专业的实际情况,从改变教学理念、建设教学平台、优化实验内容、改革教学方法等方面对高分子材料加工成型实验教学体系进行了设计和建设。通过小型桌面实验平台的开发和建设,新颖实验内容的引入和“自助式”实验等教学方法,初步建成了“高分子3D打印成型及其耗材制备技术”实验教学体系。实践表明,该实验教学体系能够有效调动学生的积极性和主动性,培养学生的动手能力、科研意识和创新精神,有助于卓越拔尖型人才的培养。Under the background of the“Double First Classes”construction,in combination with the actual situation at the School of Materials Science and Engineering,Beihang University,the experimental teaching system of polymer materials processing and molding has been designed and constructed from the aspects of changing the teaching concept,building the teaching platform,optimizing the experimental content,and reforming the teaching method.Through the development of small desktop experimental platforms,the introduction of novel experimental content,the integration of experimental courses of different grades,as well as teaching methods such as group rotation,inter-group discussions,and self-service experiments,the experimental teaching system of“Polymer 3D Printing Molding and Preparation Technology of its Consumables”has been initially established.Practice indicates that this system can effectively mobilize students’enthusiasm and initiative,cultivate students’practical ability,scientific research consciousness,and innovative spirit,and is conducive to the cultivation of outstanding and top-notch talents.
