浅议生物化学实验的课程体系重构与教改实践

摘　　要：生物化学实验课程是生物、化学和医学的重要基础课程,是生物化学学科教学中必不可少的一部分。传统的生物化学实验教学中存在一定问题,难以满足当前人才培养要求。本研究通过对传统生物化学实验教学进行课程内容重构,采用线上、虚拟仿真、线下课程混合教学模式,评价体系均衡化,教学效果及时反馈,完善课程资源等改革实践,提高了学生的参与率、获得感。Biochemistry Experiment course is an important basic course of biology,chemistry and medicine,and it is an indispensable part of biochemistry teaching.There are certain problems in the traditional Biochemistry Experiment teaching,which are difficult to meet the current talent training requirements.In this study,the curriculum content of traditional Biochemistry Experiment teaching is reconstructed,and the mixed teaching mode of online,virtual simulation and offline courses is adopted,the evaluation system is balanced,the teaching effect is fed back in time,and the curriculum resources are improved,so as to improve the participation rate and sense of acquisition of students.
