摘  要:酶与蛋白质工程是生物技术专业本科教学中的实践性及前沿性极强的一门专业核心课,在专业人才培养中占有重要地位。由于学时、经费和场地的限制,下游应用实验开设相对较少。将虚拟仿真技术融入酶与蛋白质工程实验教学,可弥补现有实验的不足,并完善课程实验教学体系。本文从教学目标的设定、仿真项目选取、实施方案及评价体系几个方面介绍了虚拟仿真实验教学的探索与应用,同时对其在学生综合素质培养中发挥的作用进行了初步分析。对比2018级至2021级学生能力培养成效,2021级学生期末实操考核的优秀率显著提升,不及格率明显下降;对关键知识点的掌握程度更加扎实,学生学习效率、实践操作能力、创新能力以及对专业课程体系的整体认知度均有不同程度的提高。应用虚拟仿真技术后,酶与蛋白质工程实验教学效果显著提升,对生物技术专业的实验教学有一定的示范作用。Enzyme and Protein Engineering is a highly practical and advanced core course in the undergraduate curriculum of biotechnology,playing a pivotal role in the development of professional talent.Given the limitations on class hours,funding,and laboratory space,downstream application experiments are currently underrepresented.The integration of virtual simulation technology into the experimental teaching of Enzyme and Protein Engineering can address these deficiencies and enhance the overall experimental teaching framework.This paper outlines the construction of virtual simulation experimental teaching from four key perspectives:setting teaching objectives,developing content,implementing plans,and establishing evaluation systems.Additionally,it provides an initial analysis of how this approach contributes to the cultivation of students’comprehensive quality training.Compared with the comprehensive quality training effect of students from 2018 to 2021,the excellent rate of final assessment of students from 2021 is significantly improved,and the failure rate is significantly decreased;the mastery of key knowledge points is more solid,and students’learning efficiency,practical operation ability,innovation ability and overall cognition of professional curriculum system have been improved to varying degrees.After the application of virtual simulation technology,the experimental teaching effect of enzyme and protein engineering has been significantly improved,which has a certain demonstration effect on the experimental teaching of biotechnology major.
