摘 要:针对地方高校教学实验室在实验室建设规划、实验室资源配置、实验教学育人成效以及实验室安全等方面存在的问题,本文提出教学实验室的改革举措,包括构建安全健康、功能集约、资源共享、运作高效的实验室建设与管理体系,做实做强做优校级公共实验平台、一流学科专业实验室和虚拟仿真教学创新实验室项目,同时拓宽数智赋能的校政企合作共建渠道,建立科学有效的实验技术人员考评制度和机制,培育安全文化,实现学生从“学知识”向“强能力”转化。In view of the problems existing in the laboratory construction planning,laboratory resource allocation,experimental teaching and education effectiveness and laboratory safety of local university teaching laboratories,this paper proposes the reform measures of teaching laboratories,including building a safe,healthy,functionally intensive,resource sharing,and efficient laboratory construction and management system,implementing,strengthening,and optimizing school level public experimental platforms,first-class discipline professional laboratories,and virtual simulation teaching innovation laboratory projects,expanding channels for school government enterprise cooperation and co construction empowered by digital intelligence,establishing a scientific and effective evaluation system and mechanism for experimental technicians,cultivating a safety culture,and realizing the transformation of students from“learning knowledge”to“strong abilities”.
