摘　　要：本文聚焦于分化簇47(CD47)翻译后修饰在肿瘤发病机制中的作用,详细阐述了CD47的基本特征、常见蛋白质翻译后修饰类型及其与肿瘤的相关性,深入探讨了CD47的磷酸化、泛素化等翻译后修饰在肿瘤发病机制中的具体影响,总结了当前研究现状,并对未来研究方向及临床应用前景进行了展望。The paper focuses on the role of cluster of differentiation 47(CD47)post-translational modifications in tumor pathogenesis,describes the basic features of CD47,the common types of protein post-translational modifications,and their relevance to tumors,discusses the impact of post-translational modifications such as phosphorylation and ubiquitination of CD47 in the pathogenesis of tumors,it summarizes the current status of the study and looks forward to the future direction of the study and the prospect of clinical application,the current state of research,and future research directions and clinical applications are discussed.
