摘 要:纤维化疾病是由异常的损伤修复反应所引起的病理改变,是多种疾病终末期的表现形式,上皮-间质转化(EMT)在纤维化过程之中发挥着重要的作用,而转录因子Snail又会通过各种途径和通路影响EMT进程。长期以来,人们一直认为纤维化不可逆,但是临床前模型和临床试验表明,纤维化是一个高度动态变化的过程,探寻逆转纤维化的方法是十分必要的。本文将综述转录因子Snail所介导的EMT进程在各种纤维化疾病中的作用,展望未来以转录因子Snail作为靶点治疗纤维化疾病的新的疗法。Fibrotic diseases are pathological changes caused by abnormal injury repair responses and represent the terminal stage of various diseases.Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)plays a significant role in the fibrotic process,and the transcription factor Snail influences the EMT process through various pathways and mechanisms.For a long time,it is believed that fibrosis is irreversible;however,preclinical models and clinical trials have shown that fibrosis is a highly dynamic process,making it necessary to explore methods for reversing fibrosis.This article will review the role of EMT mediated by the transcription factor Snail in various fibrotic diseases and look forward to new therapeutic approaches targeting the transcription factor Snail for the treatment of fibrotic diseases.
