摘  要:针对当前储粮工艺及进出仓设备创新设计知识管理缺乏系统性和重用力度不足的问题,本文提出了一种面向储粮工艺及进出仓设备创新设计的本体模型构建技术,首先以TRIZ理论和本体模型耦合的基本思路为基础,通过科学计量分析法筛选得到领域核心专利,借助TRIZ理论提取蕴含其专利内部的创新设计知识,然后利用Protege本体编辑器实现了本体的定义和知识关联。最后以斗式提升机和储粮工艺为实例构建领域本体模型,分析验证了本体模型在储粮工艺和进出仓设备创新设计过程中的有效性和实用性。结果表明:本体模型能够实现多层次多粒度知识的融合,还能指导其快速得到设备创新设计方案和精准获取储粮工艺知识,实现了隐性知识的重用,在粮食仓储领域具备良好的应用前景。In view of the lack of systematic and insufficient reuse of knowledge management in the innovative design of grain storage process and warehouse equipment,this paper proposes an ontology model construction technology for the innovative design of grain storage process and warehouse equipment.First,based on the basic idea of TRIZ theory and knowledge graph coupling,core patents in the field are selected through scientometric analysis.The innovative design knowledge contained in the patent was extracted by TRIZ theory,and then the ontology definition and knowledge association were realized by Protege ontology editor.Finally,taking bucket elevator and grain storage technology as examples,the domain ontology model is constructed,and the validity and practicability of the ontology model in the innovative design process of grain storage technology and warehouse equipment are analyzed and verified.The results show that the ontology model can realize the integration of multi-level and multi-granularity knowledge,and can also guide it to quickly obtain the innovative equipment design scheme and accurately obtain the grain storage process knowledge,realize the reuse of tacit knowledge,and have a good application prospect in the field of grain storage.
