摘　　要：本文就大数据背景下的制糖制炼智能化工艺控制和管理系统进行论述,并着重对智能化技术在制糖制炼中的运用和创新进行探析。主要从原料精准调配平台、质量追溯体系、能源效率管理和智慧决策支持系统等方面提出优化智能管理系统的方案,针对制糖制炼行业数字化转型问题,提供综合解决方案。This paper discusses the intelligent process control and management system of sugar refining under the background of big data,and focuses on the application and innovation of intelligent technology in sugar refining.The construction of intelligent management system is discussed,and optimization schemes are proposed mainly from the aspects of raw material precision allocation platform,quality traceability system,energy efficiency management and intelligent decision support system,etc.,and comprehensive solutions are provided for the digital transformation of the sugar and refining industry.
