摘　　要：通过文献调研和技术分析,阐述了食品包装材料的分类及其特点,深入探讨了影响包装材料安全性的因素,重点介绍了包装材料安全检测的几类关键技术。研究表明,建立完善的检测技术体系,加强生产过程控制,采用先进的检测方法是确保食品包装材料安全性的重要保障,这对于提高食品包装材料的质量控制水平,保障食品安全具有重要意义。Through literature review and technical analysis,this paper elucidates the classification and characteristics of food packaging materials,delving into the factors that influence their safety.It focuses on several key technologies for safety testing of packaging materials.The study indicates that establishing a comprehensive testing technology system,enhancing production process control,and adopting advanced testing methods are crucial to ensuring the safety of food packaging materials.This is significant for improving quality control levels in food packaging materials and safeguarding food safety.
