摘　　要：本研究使用气相质谱法(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS)来开发测定1,2-丙二醇的方法,该方法灵敏度与精确度高,具有检出限与定量限低、操作简单等优点,可以快速准确高效的测定大米中的1,2-丙二醇含量,为大米中非法添加香精提供科学依据,提高实验室检测效率。In this project,gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS)is used to develop a method for the determination of 1,2-propanediol,this method has the advantages of high sensitivity and accuracy,low detection limit and quantitative limit,simple operation and so on.It can quickly,accurately and efficiently determine the content of 1,2-propanediol in rice,provide a scientific basis for the illegal addition of essence in rice,and improve the efficiency of laboratory detection.
