摘 要:对稻谷中脂肪酸值的测定方法进行分析研究,重点考察了GB/T 20569-2006《稻谷储存品质判定规则》中附录A稻谷脂肪酸值测定方法和GB/T 29405-2012《粮油检验谷物及制品脂肪酸值测定仪器法》仪器滴定仪法,通过对2种检测方法检测同一稻谷样品中脂肪酸值的测定结果进行分析比较,发现2种方法的测定结果基本一致,均能满足试验要求,且测定结果准确可靠,重复性较好,可根据实际检测任务量和人员配置情况,择优选择稻谷脂肪酸值检测方法,以提高检测效率和检测结果的准确性。The determination method of fatty acid in rice was studied,the determination method of fatty acid value of rice in Appendix A of GB/T 20569-2006"Rules for the Determination of Rice Storage Quality"and the titrator method of GB/T 29405-2012"Determination instrument method of fatty acid value of Grain and Oil Inspection Grains and Products"were studied.By analyzing and comparing the determination results of fatty acid value in the same rice sample by two detection methods,it is found that the determination results of the two methods are basically consistent,both of which can meet the test requirements,and the determination results are accurate and reliable with good repeatability.The detection methods of fatty acid value in rice can be selected according to the actual detection tasks and personnel allocation.To improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of detection results.
