摘　　要：本文主要针对现代食品质量检验中的农药残留检测技术的基本情况、原理和应用策略等进行分析。希望通过此分析,可为农药残留检测技术的合理应用与食品质量检验质量的进一步提升提供一定参考。This paper mainly analyzes the detection technology of pesticide residue in modern food quality inspection and its application strategy.It is hoped that this analysis can provide some reference for the reasonable application of pesticide residue detection technology and the further improvement of food quality inspection quality.
