摘 要:仓房达到一定的气密性标准是保证储粮效果的前提,为实现科学保粮、绿色储粮,气调储藏技术成为南方地区粮库的主要应用手段之一。本文结合工作实践,使用内墙隔热材料聚2,5-呋喃二甲酸乙二醇酯(Polyethylene Furanoate,PEF)板对高大平房仓进行气密性改造,从施工技术实施、气密性等级检测、改造成本费用等方面对储粮效果进行了比较。结果表明,在高大平房仓内墙粘贴隔热材料PEF板能够显著提升仓房气密性效果、节约改造成本和增加生态储粮效益,可为粮食长期绿色储藏提供参考。In order to achieve scientific grain preservation and green grain storage,controlled atmosphere storage technology has become one of the main application means of grain depots in southern China.In this paper,combined with the work practice,the air tightness transformation of the tall bungalow barn was carried out by using the polyethylene furanoate(PEF)board of the interior wall insulation material,and the grain storage effect was compared from the aspects of construction technology implementation,air tightness level detection,and transformation cost.The results show that pasting PEF board with thermal insulation material on the inner wall of tall bungalow barn can significantly improve the air tightness effect of the warehouse,save the cost of renovation and increase the benefit of ecological grain storage,which can provide a reference for long-term green storage of grain.
