摘  要:本研究深入探讨了食品检验机构在乳制品抽检样品管理中在抽样、运输、存储、检验及处置等环节中暴露出的诸多关键问题,通过系统分析,从优化流程、强化人员培训、引入先进技术等方面,提出了具有针对性的规范化管理策略,旨在全面提升乳制品抽检样品管理水平,确保乳制品质量安全检测结果的准确性与可靠性。This study delves into the key issues in the management of dairy product sampling samples by food inspection agencies,and finds that many problems are exposed in the sampling,transportation,storage,inspection,and disposal of dairy product sampling samples.Through system analysis,this study proposes targeted standardized management strategies from optimizing processes,strengthening personnel training,and introducing advanced technologies,aiming to comprehensively improve the management level of dairy product sampling samples and ensure the accuracy and reliability of dairy product quality and safety testing results.
