摘　　要：“粤菜师傅”工程是广东省委、省政府为推动高质量发展而实施的一项重大民生工程。本文以汕尾市为例,对“粤菜师傅”提质赋能“百千万工程”进行SWOT分析,提出相应的实践路径与对策建议。研究发现,“粤菜师傅”提质赋能“百千万工程”虽有显著优势,但也面临一些挑战。通过“粤菜师傅”人才的集聚与培养、“粤菜师傅+”品牌的打造与推广、“粤菜师傅+”产业的融合与发展等实践路径,以期为“百千万工程”高质量发展赋能增效提供一定参考与借鉴。The“Cantonese Cuisine Chefs”project is a significant public welfare initiative implemented by the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Government to promote high-quality development.This article takes Shanwei city as an example to conduct a SWOT analysis of the“Cantonese Cuisine Chefs”to enhance and empower the“High-quality Development Project for Hundred Counties,Thousand Towns,and Ten Thousand Villages”,and to propose corresponding practical paths and countermeasures suggestions.Research has found that the“Cantonese Cuisine Chefs”project has significant advantages in enhancing and empowering the“High-quality Development Project for Hundred Counties,Thousand Towns,and Ten Thousand Villages”,but it also faces some challenges.Through the practical path such as the gathering and cultivating of talents in the“Cantonese Cuisine Chefs”,the creating and promoting of the“Cantonese Cuisine Chefs+”brand,and the integrating and developing of the“Cantonese Cuisine Chefs+”industry,to provide certain references and inspirations for empowering and increasing efficiency in the“High-quality Development Project for Hundred Counties,Thousand Towns,and Ten Thousand Villages”.
