摘 要:新一轮本科教育教学审核评估坚持立德树人的价值立场,把立德树人成效作为检验高校一切工作的根本标准,体现了鲜明的价值引领;通过柔性分类引导高校加强内部质量保障体系建设,坚持“用自己的尺子量自己”,强化了标准驱动作用;创新引入“1+3+3”报告、采用“线上线下”评估方式,紧扣信息时代数字赋能质量保障的发展趋势;通过以评促建促进内外循环,引导高校关注质量根基,培育“五自”质量文化,不断激发质量保障的内生动力。地方应用型本科高校应主动适应新变化,坚持问题导向,聚焦价值引领、标准驱动、数据赋能和内外循环,构建内部质量保障体系,高质量服务学校的内涵发展和特色发展。The new round of audit assessment sticks to the value of fostering virtue through education,and takes it as the basic standard to test all the work in colleges and universities,which embodies the distinct value orientation.The audit assessment of education and teaching guides colleges and universities to strengthen the internal quality assurance system through the flexible classification,and emphasize“measuring themselves by their own rulers”,which strengthens the role of standard-driven model.The audit assessment of education and teaching introduces the“1+3+3”report,adopts the“online and offline”assessment method,closely follows the development trend of digital energy quality assurance in the information age,and promotes the internal and external circulation through assessment to guide colleges and universities to pay attention to the foundation of quality and cultivate“Five-self”quality culture,which constantly stimulates the endogenous motivation of quality assurance.Local application-oriented colleges and universities should take the initiative to adapt to new changes and focus on the problem-orientation,value leading,standard drive,data empowerment,and internal and external circulation to build an internal quality assurance system and serve for the high-quality development of colleges and universities.
