摘 要:《家庭教育促进法》从法律层面把家庭教育指导上升到重要地位。以长沙市区为例对幼儿园家庭教育指导进行调查研究,发现幼儿园家庭教育指导取得了一定的进步,但还存在家园双方的法律与责任认知较低、履责不够积极,家庭教育指导目标理解不透彻,指导过程不到位,指导改进不够显著等问题。需要从加大法律宣传力度、把握该法要求的核心要义,进一步明确家园主体权责利边界、完善各方履职机制以及系统提升幼儿园的指导服务能力等方面切实提升家庭教育指导的质量。Family Education Promotion Law elevates the status of family education guidance from a legal perspective.Taking Changsha urban area as an example,this paper makes an investigation and study on family education guidance in kindergartens.It is found that while family education guidance in kindergartens has made some progress,there are still issues such as low legal and responsibilities awareness in both family and kindergarten,insufficient understanding of the goal of family education guidance,insufficient guidance process,and lack of significant improvements in guidance.It is necessary to enhance the quality of family education guidance by increasing legal publicity,understanding the core requirements of the law,clarifying the boundaries of rights,responsibilities and benefits between family and kindergarten,improving the performance mechanism of all parties,and systematically enhancing the capabilities of family education guidance in kindergartens.
