从《丁文诚公家信》探析丁宝桢廉政思想及其对廉政教育的当代启示

摘　　要：丁宝桢是清代名臣,为官清正廉洁,时人赞其“清风亮节,冠绝一时”。修身报国的家风熏陶、重义轻利的儒学浸润、先忧后乐的先贤指引对丁宝桢廉政思想的形成有着重要影响。丁宝桢在数十年官场沉浮中,形成了以事事恤民的民生观、踏实无欺的政绩观、执权为民的公私观、俭约自守的金钱观为主要内涵的廉政思想。从站稳人民立场、彰显责任担当、涵养纯正家风、坚守廉洁底线等角度探讨丁宝桢廉政思想的时代价值,以期对当代廉政教育有所补益。Ding Baozhen was a famous minister in the Qing Dynasty,who was known for his integrity and honesty.He was praised by people as“having a clear mind and an excellent character,which is unprecedented in his time”.The influence of the family tradition of cultivating oneself and serving the country,the infiltration of Confucianism that values righteousness over profit,and the guidance of the sages who were concerned about the future before enjoying themselves had a significant impact on the formation of Ding Baozhen’s incorrupt government thought.During his decades of ups and downs in officialdom,Ding Baozhen formed an incorrupt government thought with the main connotations of caring for people’s livelihood,practical and honest performance,exercising power for the people,and frugality and self-discipline.This paper discusses the value of Ding Baozhen’s incorrupt government thought in the era from the perspectives of standing firmly on the side of the people,highlighting responsibility,cultivating pure family tradition,and adhering to the bottom line of integrity,in order to benefit the contemporary incorrupt government education.
