“四链融合”驱动新质生产力:内涵特征、理论逻辑与实践路径

摘　　要：“四链融合”是加快形成新质生产力的关键举措之一。引入马克思主义生产力理论与创新生态系统理论,阐释了“四链融合”驱动新质生产力的理论逻辑。具体而言,“四链融合”通过“激发创新动力,强化创新驱动引领作用”“升级产业结构,催生经济发展新动能”“提高生产效率,驱动生产方式革新”“优化资源配置,加快全要素生产率跃升”“完善创新生态,实现绿色可持续发展”等方式驱动新质生产力发展。为实现“四链融合”驱动新质生产力的目标,提出了加快“四链融合”、驱动新质生产力发展的五大实践路径:一是完善顶层设计,发挥整体效应;二是聚焦科技破冰,打造创新策源地;三是聚焦产业破局,催生经济增长点;四是聚焦要素配置,带动全要素生产率跃升;五是聚焦数字赋能,提升产业链供应链韧性和安全水平。“Four-Chain Integration”(FCI)serves as a critical mechanism for accelerating the development of new quality productivity.Grounded in Marxist productivity theory and innovation ecosystem theory,this study elucidates the theoretical logic of FCI-driven productivity advancement.Specifically,FCI enhances new quality productivity through five mechanisms:stimulating innovation momentum by strengthening innovation-driven leadership;upgrading industrial structures to catalyze new economic growth drivers;revolutionizing production modes through efficiency improvements;optimizing resource allocation to leapfrog total factor productivity;refining innovation ecosystems for green sustainable development.To operationalize FCI-driven productivity growth,five practical pathways are proposed:strategic coordination:enhancing top-level design to amplify systemic synergies;technological breakthroughs:building innovation hubs for core technology R&D;industrial restructuring:cultivating emerging economic sectors;factor reallocation:boosting total factor productivity via market-oriented reforms;digital empowerment:strengthening supply chain resilience and security through smart technologies.
