摘  要:刚性旋翼旋转工作状态下,其固有频率隐藏在桨叶响应中,桨叶响应包含结构本身响应和较强的气动力谐波响应。为解决由气动力谐波引起的直升机旋翼系统工作模态识别难题,提出了一种气动力谐波项去除的旋翼工作模态识别算法。首先进行基于谱峭度的谐波检测,采用正交投影法对区域内的谐波进行抑制,从而实现对数据中的气动力谐波干扰的有效甄别和抑制剔除,实现对旋翼的工作模态参数辨识。通过旋翼塔试验验证,识别精度优于5%。The natural frequency of a rigid rotating system is hidden in the blade response,which includes the response of the structure itself and the strong aerodynamic harmonic response.In order to solve the problem of operating mode identification of helicopter rotor system caused by aerodynamic harmonic,an aerodynamic harmonic term removal algorithm for rotor operating mode identification was proposed.Firstly,harmonic detection based on spectral was carried out and positive was adopted,the cross-projection method could suppress the harmonics in the region,effectively screen and suppress the aerodynamic harmonic interference in the data from the plane,and thus realized the identification of the operating mode parameters of the rotor.The identification accuracy was better than 5% through the rotor tower test.
