摘　　要：本文结合在特种设备型式试验工作中遇到的实际情况,对制造单位申请压力管道阀门型式试验时经常出现的问题进行归纳总结,发现主要存在以下几个方面的问题:一是对规则中的条款理解不够准确;二是准备的技术文件不完整;三是对抽样及覆盖原则理解不到位;四是检验与试验过程中易出现一些不合格情况。本文针对以上问题提出了相应的建议,供制造单位参考。This article summarizes the common problems encountered by manufacturing units when applying for pressure pipeline valve type testing based on the actual situation encountered in special equipment type testing work.It is found that there are several main problems:Firstly,the understanding of the provisions in the rules is not accurate enough;Secondly,the prepared technical documents are incomplete;Thirdly,there is a lack of understanding of the principles of sampling and coverage;Fourthly,there are easily unqualified situations that occur during the inspection and testing process.Corresponding suggestions have been provided for the above issues,for reference by manufacturing units.
