摘　　要：货叉作为叉车的主要工作装置,在运输货物过程中主要承受垂直方向的载荷。由于叉车使用频繁,有时工作环境也十分恶劣,在检验中经常发现有的货叉表面锈蚀严重,有的货叉存在焊接现象,有的货叉存在钻孔现象等。无论是出现了上述一种情况还是多种情况,都改变了货叉的载荷应力分布,对货叉的安全使用造成了潜在的安全隐患。As the main working device of forklifts,forks mainly bear vertical loads during the transportation of goods.Due to the frequent use of forklifts,and sometimes the working environment is also very harsh,it is often found that some forks have severe surface rust,some forks have welding phenomena,and some forks have drilling phenomena.No matter one or more of the above situations occurred,the load stress distribution of the forks was changed,which posed a threat to the safe use of the forks.
