摘 要:目的构建中医专科护士临床带教师资胜任力评价指标体系。方法从利益相关者视角出发,基于文献查阅、半结构访谈、行为事件访谈和专家函询,构建出中医专科护士临床带教师资的胜任力评价指标体系。结果基于文献查阅和半结构访谈形成4项一级指标和55项三级指标,通过行为事件访谈法确定了6项鉴别胜任力和10项基准胜任力。2轮专家函询的权威系数分别为0.862和0.884,各级指标的Kendall协调系数在0.238~0.412(P均<0.01)。最终中医专科护士临床带教师资的胜任力评价指标体系包含:一级指标6项,二级指标17项,三级指标68项。结论中医专科护士临床带教师资的胜任力评价指标体系充分考虑了利益相关者的需求,具有科学性和全面性,其信效度及有效性有待进一步验证。Objective To construct a competency evaluation index system for clinical nursing faculty of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nurse specialists.Methods From the stakeholder perspective,the competency evaluation index system for clinical nursing faculty of TCM nurse specialists were constructed after literature review,semi-structured interviews,behavioral event interviews,and expert letter consultation.Results This study developed 4 first-level and 55 third-level indexes based on literature review and semi-structured interviews.It also identified 10 discriminative competencies and 6 basic competencies through behavioral event interviews.Authority coefficients of the two rounds of expert correspondence were 0.862 and 0.884,respectively,and Kendall coordination coefficients of the three-level indicators ranged from 0.238 to 0.412(all P<0.01).The final competency evaluation index system for clinical nursing faculty of TCM nurse specialists consisted of 6 first-level,17 second-level,and 68 third-level indicators.Conclusion The competency evaluation index system for clinical nursing faculty of TCM nurse specialists has fully considered the needs of stakeholders,and it is scientific and comprehensive.However,its reliability and validity need to be further tested.
