协同治理视角下食品安全舆情传播网络结构分析

摘　　要：多元主体共治是食品安全网络舆情治理的有效模式,了解政府、企业、媒体和其他单位的位置和角色特征,对提升微博舆情治理能力有重要意义。以2022年度影响力排前五的食品安全事件为例,运用社会网络分析方法进行整体网络、子群、个体层次的指标测量和分析,探讨食品安全网络舆情协同治理的不同群体特征。结果表明:该舆情传播网络整体网密度较低,凝聚性弱;主流媒体和自媒体节点表现活跃,信息传播效率高;政府账号积极促进食品安全舆情信息传播,通过转发、评论等信息互动形式来整合行动和资源;行业媒体由于粉丝量、专业性和权威性等因素限制,处于整体网络的外层位置。Multi-subject co-governance is an effective model for food safety network public opinion governance.Understanding the position and role characteristics of government,enterprises,media,and other units is of great significance for enhancing the ability of Weibo public opinion governance.To explore the different group characteristics of collaborative governance of food safety network public opinion,taking the top five influential food safety incidents in 2022 as an example to conduct research,the social network analysis method was used to measure and analyze indicators at the overall network,subgroup,and individual levels.The measurement results indicated that the overall network density of the public opinion dissemination network is low and the cohesion is weak;Mainstream media and self media nodes exhibit active performance and high efficiency in information dissemination;Government accounts actively promote the dissemination of food safety public opinion information,integrating actions and resources through interactive forms such as forwarding and commenting;Due to factors such as fan base,professionalism,and authority,industry media are located at the outer layer of the overall network.
