摘 要:为探究工作场景与非工作场景下电子沟通压力对于工作效率的提升是否等质同效,基于资源保存理论,通过45家企业724份问卷调查实证分析了不同场景下的电子沟通对于员工工作行为的影响。结果表明:在工作场景中,电子沟通压力显著提升员工主动性行为,工作投入在这过程中起中介作用;在非工作场景中,电子沟通压力显著提升员工退缩性行为,情绪耗竭在这过程中起中介作用;同时心理韧性起到显著的调节作用。研究从资源保存理论的视角提供了电子沟通压力研究的新方向,可为个人和组织压力管理提供借鉴经验。To explore whether electronic communication stress in work and non-work scenarios has the same effect on improving work efficiency.Based on the theory of resource conservation,this study empirically analyzed the impact of electronic communication on employees′work behavior in different scenarios through a questionnaire survey of 724 employees from 45 companies.The results of the study showed that in the work scenario,electronic communication pressure significantly increased employees′proactive behavior,and job involvement played a mediating role in this process;In non-work settings,electronic communication stress significantly increased employees′withdrawal behaviors,with emotional exhaustion mediating this process;At the same time,psychological resilience played a significant moderating role.This article provided a new direction for the study of electronic communication stress from the perspective of resource conservation theory,and provided reference experience for individual and organizational stress management.
