摘 要:隧道施工机械化已成隧道施工发展的重要方向,以珠肇高铁大顶隧道施工为工程依托,对该隧道工程施工标准化工艺涉及到的机械化工装设备特点进行了分析,制定了隧道开凿、初期支护、二衬施工及隧道凿毛等成套长大隧道机械化工装工艺。针对隧道施工中存在的常见问题进行适应性改造。超前小导管角度控制设备解决了小导管注浆时的角度偏差问题;在湿喷机械手上设计制作喷射混凝土刮板解决了湿喷时混凝土在钢架堆积问题;采用排水盲管预留凹槽工艺解决了排水盲管在施工中易损坏的问题。通过以上机械化施工和技术适应性改造显著提升了隧道施工效率,降低了劳动强度,改善了施工环境,确保了隧道工程的质量和安全性。Mechanization of tunnel construction has become an important direction for the development of tunnel construction.Based on the construction of Dading Tunnel of Zhu-Zhao High-speed Railway,the characteristics of mechanized tooling equipment involved in the standardized process of tunnel construction are analyzed,and a set of mechanized tooling technology for long and large tunnels such as tunnel excavation,primary support,secondary lining construction and tunnel chiseling is formulated.Adaptive transformation is carried out for the common problems existing in tunnel construction.The advanced small pipe angle control equipment solves the problem of angle deviation during small pipe grouting.The spray concrete scraper is designed and manufactured on the wet spraying manipulator to solve the problem of concrete accumulation in the steel frame during wet spraying.The use of drainage blind pipe reserved groove process solves the problem of easy damage of drainage blind pipe in construction.Through the above mechanized construction and technical adaptability transformation,the tunnel construction efficiency is significantly improved,the labor intensity is reduced,the construction environment is improved,and the quality and safety of the tunnel project are ensured.
