摘 要:近年来深圳出现了越来越多的高密度中小学校,随之带来了空间压抑、空间互扰、交通不便、通风采光难以满足要求等诸多问题。对此进行了反思,并针对“中小学校密度是否存在合理的控制范围”以及“合理的密度控制范围是多少”进行了研究。选取深圳42个中小学校典型案例,分析了影响中小学校密度的五大因素(生均指标、容积率、退线距离、运动场大小、地形),并通过3种方法(深圳42个中小学校典型案例打分、法律规范、AI对中小学校密度合理控制范围的解答)得出中小学校密度合理控制范围为容积率1.0—2.0,此结论或许可以作为城市规划部门和教育主管部门确定中小学校用地密度合理控制范围的参考。In recent years,Shenzhen has seen an increasing number of high-density primary and secondary schools,which has brought about various issues such as spatial congestion,spatial interference,inconvenient traffic,and insufficient ventilation and daylight.This paper reflects on these issues and investigates whether there is a reasonable control range for the density of primary and secondary schools and,if so,what the reasonable control range should be.The paper analyzes 42 typical cases of primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen,examines 5 factors that affect the density of primary and secondary schools:per-student indicator,floor area ratio,setback distance,sports field size,and topography,and obtains the reasonable control range of the density of primary and secondary schools through 3 methods:scoring of the 42 typical cases of primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen,legal norms,and Al's answer to the reasonable control range of the density of primary and secondary schools.The conclusion is that the reasonable control range of the density of primary and secondary schools is between 1.0 and 2.0 of the floor area ratio,which may serve as a reference for the urban planning departments and educational authorities to determine the reasonable control range of the density of primary and secondary schools.
