摘　　要：江苏省连云港市的食用菌产业在当地农业经济中占据着重要地位,年产量和产值均居全国前列。该研究综述了连云港市食用菌产业的现状,分析了其产业规模、技术水平和经济效益,并探讨了该产业面临的主要挑战,包括资源紧张、环境影响、人才短缺、产业链短板和抗风险能力不足。针对这些挑战,该研究提出了若干可持续发展路径,包括加强资源化利用与环保措施、推动技术创新与合作、强化产业链整合与延伸、提高抗风险能力,并通过政策引导和支持促进产业全方位提升。这些措施为连云港市食用菌产业的未来发展提供了参考依据和实践指导建议。The edible fungi industry in Lianyungang city,Jiangsu Province,holds a significant position in the local agricultural economy,with both annual output and production value ranking among the highest in the country.This study reviewed the current status of the edible fungi industry in Lianyungang,analyzing its industrial scale,technological level,and economic benefits.The study also explored the main challenges facing the industry,including resource constraints,environmental impacts,talent shortages,weaknesses in the industrial chain,and insufficient risk resilience.In response to these challenges,several sustainable development pathways were proposed,including strengthening resource utilization and environmental protection measures,promoting technological innovation and collaboration,enhancing industrial chain integration and extension,and improving risk resilience.Additionally,policy guidance and support were recommended to comprehensively enhance the industry.These measures provided a scientific basis and practical guidance for the future development of edible fungi industry of Lianyungang.
