摘  要:随着体教融合理念的提出及其近年来的不断发展,大学生篮球联赛的攻守水平持续提升。据统计,相同时间内球队的得分效率亦呈现同步增长趋势,甚至有联赛队伍在40 min的比赛中总分达到204分,这表明当前运动员的进攻能力显著提升,相较于防守能力表现出更为突出的态势。该文采用文献资料法、录像观察法等研究方法,对篮球比赛中的防守失误情况进行了深入分析,将防守失误划分为防有球失误、防无球失误、防篮板失误及防区域失误4类。该文从这4个维度探讨了运动员在比赛中防守失误的原因,并从身体素质、技术水平、战术配合、经验积累、心态调整等5个方面,对大学生篮球运动员防守能力的发展提出了相应的对策与建议。With the proposal of the concept of integrating sports and education and its continuous development in recent years,the offensive and defensive levels of college basketball leagues have been improving.According to statistics,the efficiency of scoring teams has also increased in the same period of time,even two teams in the league scored a total of 204 points in just 40 minutes of the game,which shows that the current players'offensive ability is much greater than their defensive ability.This paper conducts research on the causes of defensive errors in basketball games through methods such as literature review research and video observation.The defensive errors are divided into four categories:errors with the ball,errors without the ball,errors in rebounding,and errors in defending zones.The paper analyzes the reasons for the defensive errors of players in the game from four aspects and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions for the development of college basketball players'defensive ability from five aspects such as physical fitness,technical level,tactical cooperation,experience accumulation,and mental adjustment.
