摘　　要：户外运动课程涵盖多个项目的教学,兼具理论教学与技能教学并重的特点,并强调学习内容的应用性。传统教学模式难以满足户外运动课程高质量教学的需求。因此,构建户外运动课程的混合式教学模式成为提升教学质量和人才培养效果的重要途径。该文致力于通过搭建线上教学资源与平台,设计“课前-课中-课后”的混合式教学模式,对教学方法、手段及考核机制进行全面创新与设计,并将课程思政元素融入课程资源、教学过程及考核方式等各个环节,最终形成了户外运动课程的混合式教学模式。教学实践分析表明,该模式能有效拓展学生的学习时间与空间,创新教学形式,激发学生的学习效率与积极性,提升其学习成效及对知识技能的理解与应用能力。同时,课程思政的有机融合促进了学生的全面发展。户外运动课程混合式教学模式的构建与实践,成功解决了当前户外运动教学中存在的问题,提高了教学质量与学生培养水平,对户外运动相关课程的教学改革具有一定的参考价值。Outdoor sports course covers the teaching of multiple projects,with the characteristics of both theoretical teaching and skill teaching,and emphasizes to the applicability of learning content.The traditional teaching mode can not meet the needs of high-quality teaching of outdoor sports courses.Therefore,constructing the blended teaching mode of outdoor sports course is an important way to improve the teaching quality and talent cultivation effectiveness.By building online teaching resources and platforms,this article aims to design a blended teaching mode of"pre class-in class-after class",innovates and designs teaching methods,means and assessments,and integrates curriculum ideological and political elements into curriculum resources,teaching process,assessment methods and other links,and finally constructs a blended teaching mode of outdoor sports courses.The analysis of teaching practice shows that the blended teaching of outdoor sports courses can effectively expand students'learning time and space,innovate teaching forms,stimulate students'learning efficiency and enthusiasm,improve students'learning efficiency and understanding and当代体育科技(Contemporary Sports Technology)application ability of knowledge and skills.At the same time,the organic integration of ideological and political education in the curriculum promotes the comprehensive development of students.The construction and practice of the blended teaching mode of outdoor sports courses have effectively solved the problems existing in the current outdoor sports teaching,improved the teaching quality and students'training level,and has a certain reference for the teaching reform of outdoor sports related courses.
