摘　　要：排球运动在高校体育课程中占据核心地位,它集技术、战术和体能于一体,对全面提升学生的综合素质发挥着关键作用。然而,当前高校排球教学面临诸多挑战,尤其是传统教学方法难以适应学生日益多元化的学习需求。因此,高校急需创新教学模式以应对这些挑战。在此背景下,“学、练、赛、评”四位一体教学模式的提出显得尤为重要。该模式强调教学的系统性规划、模块化设计,并促进理论与实践的深度融合,旨在显著提升教学效果。该文分析了高校排球教学的现状,探究了高校排球“学、练、赛、评”四位一体教学模式的内涵,并提出了相应的构建对策。旨在为高校排球“学、练、赛、评”四位一体教学模式的构建及推进排球教学改革提供思路。Volleyball occupies a core position in college physical education courses,integrating technology,tactics,and physical fitness,playing a key role in comprehensively improving students'overall quality.However,current college volleyball teaching faces many challenges,especially traditional teaching methods that are difficult to adapt to the increasingly diverse learning needs of students.Therefore,colleges urgently need innovative teaching models to address these challenges.In this context,the proposal of the four-in-one teaching model of"learning,practice,competition,and evaluation"is particularly important.This mode emphasizes the systematic planning and modular design of teaching,and promotes the deep integration of theory and practice,aiming to significantly improve the teaching effectiveness.This article analyzes the current situation of college volleyball teaching,explores the connotation of the four-in-one teaching mode of"learning,practicing,competing,and evaluation"in college volleyball,and proposes corresponding construction strategies.The aim is to provide some ideas and references for the construction of the four-in-one teaching mode of"learning,practicing,competing,and evaluation"in college volleyball and promote the reform of volleyball teaching.
