摘　　要：该文以习近平总书记重要指示和全国教育大会精神为指引,针对当前我国职业院校体育工作中存在的矛盾、困难及瓶颈问题,如基本制度更新滞后、标准规范不完备以及评估方法缺乏科学性等,基于运筹学、系统科学和社会统计学的理论基础,研究通过明确的构建原则、构建理论模型、优化体系内容以及实施效果验证等一系列步骤,旨在为推动新时代职业院校体育改革与发展提供科学合理的评价体系,提升评价结果转化与应用的效益,进一步丰富和完善体育评价学的理论体系。同时,该研究也为职业院校体育评价工作的理论与实践探索提供了新的视角与思路。Guided by the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the spirit of the National Education Conference,this research aims at the contradictions,difficulties and bottlenecks existing in the current physical education work in vocational colleges in China,such as lagging updates to basic systems,incomplete standards and norms,and unscientific evaluation methods.Based on the theoretical foundations of operations research,system science and social statistics,through a series of steps such as clarifying construction principles,constructing theoretical models,optimizing system contents,and verifying implementation effects.it aims to provide a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for promoting the positive development of physical education reform in vocational colleges in the new era,improve the efficiency of the transformation and application of evaluation results,further enrich and perfect the theoretical system of physical education evaluation.At the same time,this research also provides new perspectives and ideas for the theoretical and practical exploration of physical education evaluation work in vocational colleges.
