摘 要:实施体育教育数字化战略行动是中国教育现代化的重要组成部分,高校体育教师的数字素养对学生数字素养的培育具有直接影响。该文基于河南省12所高校218名体育教师的问卷调查与访谈,采用独立样本t检验以及单因素方差分析等方法,对数据进行描述性统计和差异性分析,旨在了解高校体育教师的数字素养现状。调查得出,高校体育教师的数字化意识和数字化社会责任整体表现较好。然而,随着教龄的增长,教师的数字化社会责任得分有所下降,尤其是教龄≥21年的高教龄教师,其数字化社会责任意识相对较弱,需要进一步加强。此外,不同课程类型的教师数字素养水平差异较大,其中田径体操类课程的教师在数字化知识与技能、数字化应用以及专业发展方面的表现明显优于其他课程类型的体育教师。基于此,建议从加强培训、优化数字化教学资源、完善评价体系和构建激励机制3个方面共同发力,以提升高校体育教师的数字素养。The implementation of physical education digital strategy is an important part of China's education modernization.Physical education teachers'digital literacy directly affects the development of students'digital literacy.This article is based on the questionnaire survey and structural interview of 218 college physical education teachers from 12 universities in Henan Province,this paper adopts mean value,independent sample T test and one-way analysis of variance to conduct descriptive statistics and difference analysis of the data,so as to understand the current situation of digital literacy of college physical education teachers.The survey results indicate that university physical education teachers generally demonstrate strong digital awareness and a sense of digital social responsibility.However,as teaching experience increases,the level of digital social responsibility among teachers tends to decline,particularly among those with 21 or more years of teaching experience,whose awareness of digital social responsibility is relatively weaker and requires further enhancement.Additionally,there are significant differences in digital literacy among teachers of different course types.Specifically,university physical education teachers specializing in track and field and gymnastics outperform their counterparts in other disciplines in terms of digital knowledge and skills,digital application,and professional development.In view of the existing problems,the paper discusses three ways to improve the digital literacy of physical education teachers in universities:strengthening training,optimizing digital teaching resources,perfecting evaluation system and building incentive mechanism.
