摘　　要：为促进青少年网球运动员的科学选材,为建设体育强国奠定坚实的人才基础并推进其建设进程,该文采用文献资料法与逻辑分析法等方法,旨在明晰当前青少年网球运动员选材的现实意义,并明确选材在身体形态、生理机能、身体素质、心理素质以及技术水平等方面的指标。基于具体的选材指标,该文设定了青少年网球运动员科学选材的标准,涵盖身体形态、生理机能、身体素质、心理素质以及技术潜力等方面。进一步地,该文提出了多维度综合评估、阶段性动态选材、区域与环境因素融合以及结合现代科技等选材策略。In order to promote the scientific selection of youth tennis players,lay a solid talent foundation for the construction of a sports power,and promote the construction of a sports power,based on literature and logical analysis and other methods,this paper tries to clarify the practical significance of the current selection of young tennis players.The selection indexes of youth tennis players in physical form,physiological function,physical fitness,psychological fitness and technical level are clarified.According to the specific material selection index,the body form,physiological function,physical fitness,psychological resilience and technical potential of the scientific selection of youth tennis players are set,so as to further put forward multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation,stage dynamic material selection,regional and environmental factors integration,combining modern science and technology and other material selection strategies.
