摘 要:随着虚拟电厂(VPP)和智能电网技术的不断发展,民用建筑的供配电系统逐渐向智能化、柔性化方向发展。提出一种基于双向长短期记忆(Bi-LSTM)网络的负荷预测模型,应用于智能配电系统中的柔性负载调控。采用Bi-LSTM算法对配电系统的负荷进行精确预测,并根据实际应用场景对该模型进行改进和优化。通过对预测结果的动态调整,提出一种基于负荷预测的柔性负载调控策略,主要应用于智能照明、中央空调和部分可分断负载的调控。该策略能够实时调整照明亮度、空调冷源供冷量、水流量及冷冻水温度,以实现建筑能效的优化和能源消耗的降低。实验结果表明,所提负荷预测与调控策略能显著提高系统的能效,同时在实际应用中具有较好的适应性和可操作性。With the continuous development of Virtual Power Plant(VPP)and smart grid technologies,the power supply and distribution systems of residential buildings are gradually evolving toward intelligence and flexibility.A load forecasting model based on Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(Bi-LSTM)networks is proposed,applied to flexible load control in smart distribution systems.The Bi-LSTM algorithm is used for precise load forecasting in the distribution system,with improvements and optimizations made to the model based on practical application scenarios.By dynamically adjusting the forecasted results,it introduces a flexible load control strategy based on load forecasting,primarily applied to the control of smart lighting,central air conditioning,and some interruptible loads.The strategy can dynamically adjust lighting brightness,cooling supply from air conditioners,water flow,and chilled water temperature to optimize building energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption.The experimental results show that the proposed load forecasting and control strategy significantly improves system energy efficiency,and demonstrates good adaptability and operability in practical applications.
